A determinate sentence prisoner will normally see all of the reports in the dossier. If a report is withheld you will be told that this has been done and be advised of the gist of the information that is not being disclosed to you. A life prisoner sees all the reports that are considered by the Tribunal that considers his/her case.What if I don't agree with a report written about me?
