Darren Myles-Wright is currently a company director specialising in performance support, training and research across the youth and criminal justice system in England and Wales. He has worked for probation as a court duty officer and as an offender supervisor in a resettlement hostel housing high risk offenders. Darren worked within the substance misuse field as a manager within Her Majesty’s Prison Service and has worked directly with both male and female adults and children. More recently, Darren worked in the private sector where he managed a team of staff responsible for re-housing young people leaving social services care, to help them develop vital independent living skills. Darren is a certified practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a management and customer service coach, and is a companion member of the Institute of Customer Services. Darren was appointed to the Board in August 2015.
