David Stewart
Was appointed to the Board on 3 September 2007. A career civil servant with the Scottish Office then Scottish Government. Retired in 2007. Wide experience in the public service including children’s hearing policy, industrial relations in the civil service, and local government finance. His most recent post before retiral was as Deputy Director in the Justice Directorate of the Scottish Government dealing with Judicial Appointments and Finance
